Due to the perishable nature of the specimens and degradation that can occur when exposed to extreme temperatures, lab kits can only be shipped once. Therefore, all sales are final and the products cannot be returned or refunded after they have been sent out.

All lab kits include free USPS Priority Mail shipping in the United States and its territories, as well as to APO/FPO US Military addresses.
If USPS returns a package to us due to the customer's error or omission of required information, the customer must pay $20 shipping and handling to have the kit mailed a second time.

- Wear gloves and protective eye gear.
- Avoid direct contact with the skin.
- Be cautious of the fumes. Do not inhale deeply close to the specimens.
- Do not ingest the specimens by mouth.
- No special disposal is necessary.

- Inhalation: In case of accidental inhalation, move away from the specimens to fresh air and rest.
- Eyes: In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. Seek medical advice.
- Skin: Wash immediately and thoroughly with water.
- Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting and immediately seek medical advice.
